Our perfume oils come in 10ml roll-on bottles which can be directly applied to the skin. It is recommended to apply the oils to warm areas and pulse points such as your wrists, inside of your elbows, behind your ears and your neck. It is best to apply them after showering with unscented body wash or soap. We also recommend using unscented moisturizers.

The longevity of our perfume oils can vary depending on several factors such as skin type, environmental conditions, and the specific fragrance notes in the perfume oil. However, our customers typically report that our perfume oils last for several hours.

However, the average shelf life of fragrance oil is about one year, and it is dependent on time, temperature, and exposure to air and light. For best results, we suggest using our perfume oils within this timeframe. Always store your perfume oils in a cool, dark place to preserve their quality and scent.

While we cannot accept returns on perfume oils that have been used or tried, we are committed to helping you find fragrances you love. We have this policy to ensure the quality, safety, and integrity of our products for all customers. Here's what we recommend instead:

Yes, we do not test on animals and all of our products are vegan.

We work incredibly hard to ensure our perfume oil dupes are as close to the originals as possible. While we aim for perfect consistency, there might be very subtle variations between batches. This can be due to natural ingredient fluctuations or very minor differences during the production process. However, the core fragrance you love should be beautifully recognizable.

We presently do not offer a customization service.

As with all personal care products, there is always a small risk of skin irritation or allergic reactions. Our perfume oils are highly concentrated and therefore, there may be a higher risk of skin irritation or allergic reactions compared to traditional alcohol-based perfumes. If you have sensitive skin or a history of skin allergies, we highly recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before applying the perfume oil all over. Wait for 24 hours to see if there is any reaction. If you have sensitive skin or a history of skin allergies, this step is especially important. If you experience any redness, itching, or other symptoms after the patch test or during use, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention if necessary.

No, our perfume oils do not contain harmful ingredients like parabens or phthalates.

Minor color variations between batches of brand new perfume oils are completely normal. Here are some potential reasons:

• Natural Ingredient variations: Ingredients derived from natural sources (flowers, resins, etc.) can have slight color variations based on harvest season, growing conditions, and other factors. These subtle differences may be reflected in the final oil.
  
• Batch-to-Batch Differences: Even with careful formulation, there might be very minor variations between production batches, which could slightly alter the color of the perfume oil.

It's important to note that this color change does not affect the fragrance itself. Your perfume oil should smell just like you remember!
